George Caravias, Chief Executive Officer
Before joining Grid Logic, Mr. Caravias founded, built and transitioned two successful technology companies. He also worked in venture capital, specializing in early-stage technology operations. Mr. Caravias began his career as an engineer and has led product and manufacturing system development projects, marketing initiatives, and sales organizations. Matthew Holcomb, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Holcomb has synthesized advanced materials and developed advanced manufacturing methods since his postdoctoral work at Stanford University. He leads Grid Logic’s technology programs and is the inventor of key company capabilities. Dr. Holcomb is an authority on superconducting composite materials, nanostructured material synthesis, and powdered material manufacturing methods. Elizabeth Zavolta, Director of Administration and Controller
Ms. Zavolta has 25 years' experience in accounting, finance, and corporate management. Beginning at William Christenson, and later at The Production Firm, Ms. Zavolta created, coordinated, and directed accounting, reporting and corporate operations. At Grid Logic, Ms. Zavolta leads the financial and administrative functions of the company and has responsibility for federal and state contract management and compliance.
