Using Grid Logic's patented 3D selective powder deposition systems and proprietary HIP processing technologies, we fabricate advanced multi-material parts and high-performance components for our customers. We are experts in multi-material part design, toolpath generation, powder consolidation and diffusion bonding using HIP technology.

Materials Development

Grid Logic's multi-material additive manufacturing technology can be used to fabricate parts from a wide range of metal and ceramic powders. Our growing list of AM-HIP powders include:

  • Copper, C18150, and GRCop-42

  • Tungsten and Heavy Tungsten Alloys

  • CP Titanium and Ti-6Al-4V

  • Inconel 625 and 718

  • 316L, 304L, and 17-4PH

Advanced R&D
